Everything on the site is for general information only. Nothing on it is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation or offer to buy or sell any security. Mining stocks, and junior mining stocks in particular, are speculative and can lose all their value. Do your own research and speak to a registered adviser before making investment decisions.
Company news releases
News releases on the site are published by the companies that issued them, as distributed through newswires. The statements in them, including technical, scientific and forward-looking information, are the issuer's own. We do not verify them and are not responsible for them. Where a company pays for promotion of its news or shares, this will be clearly disclosed.
Other publishers' content
Mining News headlines, credits and short descriptions belong to their publishers and link to the original articles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Prices and market data
Prices, charts and quotes are supplied by third parties, including TradingView. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and they are not exchange settlement prices. Do not rely on them for trading. Rankings by market capitalisation or assets are approximate and dated.
Using the site
You may read, share links to and quote short extracts from the site for non-commercial purposes with credit to Junior Mining Stocks. You may not copy the site in bulk, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or republish our original content (such as rankings, summaries and page design) without permission. Our name and logo are ours.
Ownership and advertising
Junior Mining Stocks is owned by EarthLabs Inc., which also owns CEO.CA. Ads on the site for CEO.CA and CEO.CA Plus are our own promotions, and links to CEO.CA stock channels are provided because we run both sites. This does not change how stories are selected: company releases appear because they are about junior mining, not because of any relationship with CEO.CA.
